Great Challenge0“Challenges are what make life interesting; overcoming them is what makes life meaningful.”
- Joshua J. Marine, U.S. Marine Sergeant

On Sep. 23, Japan’s Hidekichi Miyazaki set the Guinness World Record as the fastest man in the 105 and older category. He finished 100-m race in 42.22 seconds.
Miyazaki started to run at the age of 90 due to boredom. His efforts paid off. The sprinter first set a record for the fastest 100-year-old man in the world. His level of fitness even surprises doctors. Miyazaki exercises every day and eats adequately to keep in shape. He does not plan to stop running in the near future. Miyazaki’s nickname is “Golden Bolt” because he often imitates the poses of the fastest human in the world, Usain Bolt.
